The work took a total of about 3 weeks, and the final product was everything my wife and I have envisioned.

Lou stood by his word, as we were waiting for a trim piece that needed to be special ordered and he did not ask for his final payment.

After the entire job was done, Lou came back on a Saturday morning and we walked the house and spoke for another couple of hours. He wanted to make sure we were satisfied with every detail.

The most important part of this business transaction occurred after the job was done about 2 months later. We noticed our kitchen window was not cranking out properly. We called Lou and he had a service tech come to the house to make an adjustment to the window. The adjustment was made, but the window still was not working to our expectations. We contacted Lou again, this time he worked directly with the manufacture to have the entire window replaced!
